Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Resynced has 9 Warehouse Locations. Warehouses are found at plantations and require a key. The key is always found on the plantation where the Warehouse is. Each Warehouse gives a painting which are needed for the Dilettante trophy & achievement to fully decorate Great Inagua manor. So if you’re going for trophies/achievements you’ll have to do all of them once. They can also randomly give the Preserved Map pieces which are needed to restore the Preserved Map at the Treasure Dealer in Great Inagua. You also earn some money and materials from them.
The Warehouses have a 2-hour cooldown after raiding them, and can be done repeatedly. You can speed up the cooldown by using Kenway’s Fleet and sending Frigates on missions. The keys have predetermined locations the first time you do the Warehouses, but afterward they get randomized when you go there again. This guide shows the key locations of the first raid.
Nothing is missable, you can still go everywhere after the story. You can also press

Collectibles Overview:
#1 – Matanzas Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): In the south-west corner of the plantation where a crocodile icon is, loot it from the body behind the crocodile pond on the little corner island.
Reward: Painting “Merry Company”
#2 – Cat Island Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): You automatically loot this Warehouse during the story in Sequence 03 – Mission 05: Sugarcane and Its Yields. Afterward the key will be randomized (typically looted from one of the enemies).
Reward: Painting “The Burning of the Royal James” (automatic when you loot this warehouse during story)
#3 – Black Island Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Near the warehouse you can overhear two NPCs talking about the soldier with the key near the beach, then the objective marker updates. He stands at a campfire on the path leading to the south-west beach.
Reward: Painting “The Flight into Egypt”
#4 – Tortuga Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Loot the key from a banana crate, slightly west from the center of the plantation.
Reward: Painting “Map of the World”
#5 – New Bone Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Loot from enemy at the Mayan Stelae in the north-west corner of the island. He will stand there talking to his girlfriend.
Reward: Painting “An English Ship in Action with Barbary Vessels”
#6 – Havana Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Loot the key from an enemy in the north-west corner of the plantation.
Reward: Painting “Saint Jerome as Cardinal”
#7 – Nassau Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Loot key from enemy at the beach in the south-west of the warehouse area. You can also eavesdrop on two guards at the warehouse who give the hint he has the key.
Reward: Painting “Harbor Scene at Sunset”
#8 – Kingston South Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Loot the key from an enemy directly north of the big barn.
Reward: Painting “Nymphs By A Fountain”
#9 – Kingston North Warehouse
Key Location (1st Raid): Loot the key from enemy who patrols the manor in the north-east corner of the warehouse area.
Reward: Painting “Vanitas Still-life”
