Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Resynced has 30 Assassin Contract Locations. Assassin Contracts are little side quests where you need to find and assassinate a Templar. They appear on the map with skull icons after progressing the story to Sequence 05 – Mission 01: The Forts. They get revealed on the map when synchronizing the viewpoints.
Nothing is missable, you can still go everywhere after the story. You can see if an island has an Assassin Contract when scrolling over it on the map. You can also press 
(PS5) / 
on the map to filter for Assassin Contracts specifically. They reward you with money.

Assassin Contract #1 – Beach Bonfire
Accepted from the southern pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be around the center of the camp. If you kill him with an explosive, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #2 – Unlicensed Dealer
Accepted from the southern pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be roaming around the center of the area. If you kill him from a hiding spot, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #3 – The Spanish Captain
Accepted from the central pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be roaming around the center of the area. If you kill him with a rope dart, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #4 – A Shipment of Powder
Accepted from the central pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location. If you kill him with an explosive, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #5 – No More Taxes
Accepted from the northern pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be in the center of the area. If you kill him from a hiding spot, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #6 – A Botched Escape
Accepted from the northern pigeon coop. Make your way over to their location and they’ll be in the center of the area. If you kill them both with a double assassination, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Accepted from the Pidgeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the enemy walking around. If you kill him with an aerial assassination, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #8 – Shady Business
Accepted from the Pidgeon coop. Make your way over to his location in Cape Bonavista and he’ll be the man standing in the center. If you kill him while in a stalking zone, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Assassin Contract #9 – A Slaver’s Business
Accepted from the pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the enemy talking with the slaves. If you kill him from a stalking zone, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #10 – The Poachers
Accepted from the pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location on Abaco Island and he’ll be the enemy near the dog. If you kill him from a hiding spot, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Accepted from the pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the enemy attacking the wooden post. If you kill him from a stalking zone, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Accepted from the pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the larger enemy walking around. If you kill him with a rope dart, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Accepted from the pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the larger enemy roaming around the ship. If you kill him from above, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #14 – The Deserter
Accepted from the pigeon coop. Make your way over to his location on Salt Lagoon and he’ll be the enemy roaming around the beach. If you kill him from above, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Assassin Contract #15 – The Twin Dilemma
Accepted from the western pigeon coop. Make your way over to the Tavern. They will be right in front of it. If you kill with a double assassination, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once they are dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #16 – The Smuggler’s Squat
Accepted from the western pigeon coop. Make your way over to the San Juan cave. He will be walking around in the cave, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales if you manage to hang him up with the rope dart. Once he is dead, you’ll get your reward.

Assassin Contract #17 – A Last Drink For The Road
Accepted from the northern pigeon coop. The target will be near the Tavern. If you kill him from above, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
Assassin Contract #18 – Tomb Raiders
Accepted from the northern pigeon coop. The target will be on Pinos Isle, on the western part of the map. He will walk around the ruins. If you kill him with an explosive, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Assassin Contract #19 – The Unworthy Brother
Accept the mission at the mission marker in a pigeon coop on the South end of the island. Head to the Tavern where the Pirate Captain is and assassinate him. If you hang the Pirate Captain using a Rope Dart you will receive an extra 500 Reales.
Assassin Contract #20 – The Outlaw’s Cave
Accept the mission at the mission marker in a pigeon coop on the South end of the island. Head to the Ambergris Key Cave and you will find him in the ruins after the underwater cave. Assassinate him from above to receive an additional 500 Reales. Once the target and all other enemies in this area are killed you will complete this contract.
Serranilla Region
New Bone
Assassin Contract #21 – Renegade
Accept the mission at the mission marker in a pigeon coop on the Eastern side of the island. Head back to the campsite in the East side of the map where the fugitive is staying. Kill the fugitive and all other men here to complete this quest. Kill the fugitive from a stalking zone (Crouched in tall grass or from above) to get an additional 500 Reales.
Assassin Contract #22 – The Treasure Hunter
Accept the mission at the mission marker in a pigeon coop on the Eastern side of the island. Head to the Misteriosa Island where the Spanish Leader is. You will find him near the top of the ruins wandering around. Kill him to complete this quest. Kill him from above using a rope dart and you will earn yourself 500 more Reales.

Kingston
Assassin Contract #23 – The Weapons Smugglers
Accept this mission from the pigeon coop just South of the church in the center of the map. The weapons smuggler will be in a court just East of the church. Kill the weapons smuggler and the rest of the enemies here to complete this contract. If you kill him with an explosive you will earn an extra 500 Reales.
Assassin Contract #24 – The British Captain
Accept this mission from the pigeon coop just South of the church in the center of the map. The British Captain will be along the shore at the south of the island. Kill the British Captain and the rest of the enemies here to complete this contract. If you kill him from above you will earn an extra 500 Reales.
Assassin Contract #25 – The Plantation Master
Accept this mission from the Pideon Coop North of the church near the General Store. Head North to the plantation. He is standing just outside his plantation house and is heavily guarded. Kill the owner and either get away or kill the other guards also to complete this quest. To get an extra 500 Reales kill him from a stalking zone like crouching in the brushes.
Assassin Contract #26 – The Guard Post
Accept this mission from the Pidgeon Coop North of the church near the General Store. Head to the raised piece of land Southwest of the Northern Plantation where the Templar captain is. Kill the Templar and the few enemies on the elevated land to complete this quest but kill the Templar while hanging from a ledge to earn an additional 500 Reales.
Port Royal
Assassin Contract #27 – The Judge
Accept this mission from the Pigeon Coop on the Eastern side of the island. Locate the judge knocking on the doors trying to get into a building in the center of the island. Kill the judge to complete this contract but do so from above to earn an optional extra 500 Reales.
Assassin Contract #28 – The Arms Deal
Accept this mission from the Pigeon Coop on the Eastern side of the island. This contract wants you to kill 2 targets, the arms dealer and the Templar buyer. They are located in the Northern end of the Restricted Area. Kill them both to complete this contract, kill them both at the same time for an extra 500 Reales.
Île à Vache
Assassin Contract #29 – The Slave Master
Accept this mission from the pigeon coop in the center of the island. Head to the encampment in the Southern end of the island where the Slave Master is walking along the beach. Kill him to complete this contract but do so from a stalking zone (tall grass) for an extra 500 Reales.
Assassin Contract #30 – The Expedition
Accept this mission from the pigeon coop in the center of the island. Head to Cumberland Bay where the privateer leader is in the center of the island. Kill the privateer leader to complete this quest, do so with an explosive to get an extra 500 Reales.
