Obtained: Collect from Phaseglass on IO.
Usage: Redeem with Asher Mir in the Rupture on IO to increase Reputation with him. Increasing reputation rewards you with a purple engram containing legendary gear.
*NOTE – When farming for this item it is best to use the Hunter Class using the Sublass ‘Nightstalker’ and using the perk “Keen Scout”. This will add the consumables to the mini-map when you are in close proximity to the item.
