Banshee-44 & Crucible Gunsmith are the vendors in Destiny 2 that deal with Gunsmith reputation. Crucible Gunsmith is located at the Farm once you unlock PvP and Banshee-44 will appear at the Tower once you complete the game.
Both of these vendors will take Weapon Parts in exchange for reputation points. 28 Weapon Parts will be required for a full level of Reputation. Once you have handed in 28 Weapon Parts you can collect your Faction Reward which will show in his menu as a Legendary Engram. You can get one or more of the following items from each engram you collect from Banshee-44 & Crucible Gunsmith:
- Auto Rifle: Galliard-42
- Auto Rifle: Jiangshi AR4
- Fusion Rifle: Erentil FR4
- Grenade Launcher: Acantha-D
- Hand Cannon: Pribina-D
- Pulse Rifle: Nergal PR4
- Scout Rifle: Tango-45
- Sniper Rifle: Veleda-D
- Sniper Rifle: Copperhead-4SN
- Misc Shaders that pull from a rotating lootpool
- Misc Rare and Legendary
You can check the exact stats of the items or what is currently in the shifting lootpool by pressing 
or 
on the Faction Reward Engram while speaking to Banshee-44 or Crucible Gunsmith.
