Consumable: Resonate Stem
This is a broken Resonate Stem for Project: CB.NAV. You can hack several of the together to generate a working Override Frequency. Override Frequencies contain harmonic code, so only one can be created at a time.
Obtained:
- Completing Escalation Protocols on Helios Basin
- Completing Public Events on Helios Basin
- Destroying Memory Fragments on Helios Basin
- Found in Regional and random spawning chests on Helios Basin
- Defeating High Value Targets on Helios Basin (Warmind expansion is required to visit Helios Basin)
Usage:
- Combine 4 together to create an Override Frequency.
