Sekiro Shadows Die Twice: Monkey Booze

March 25, 2019 by imbroken963 Leave a Comment

Key Item: Monkey Booze

Item Description: Alcohol created by dew pooled in a hollow tree. Fruits hidden by monkeys in tree hollows can sometimes ferment and turn into sake with a bit of luck. While it’s known for its brutally harsh flavor, some find this acquired taste irresistible.

Location:

  • Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo: Shugendo – From the Shugendo Idol climb the side of the mountain until you get to the part where you can swing across to a ledge you can grab and shimmy to a ledge. From here you can swing and climb up the ledges and wall jump up two walls to where the White Pinwheel was. Turn around and look towards the building coming off the back of the cliff. Inside one of the rooms is a shrine with an item on it, that is this item.
  • Sunken Valley: Riven Cave – From the Riven Cave Idol continue forward until you swing from a few statues and are on a ledge above a grouping of monkeys. Drop down and take them out and once they are taken out you will receive this item.
  • Ashina Depths: Ashina Depths – From the Ashina Depths Idol head forward into the actual Depths and you will see an item in the hand of a giant statue you can grapple to. Grapple over and to the right you will see a hole in the wall next to the pool. Before dropping down look up to the left at the wall and there will be a grapple point. Grapple up and follow the path until you get to the point where you have to duck under the rock to progress. Duck under the rock and head forward until you get to the end of the path and there will be a monkey guarding an item. Defeat the monkey and pick up this item.

Max Number Held: 99
