Item Description: Medicinal Pellets that slowly restore Vitality. A secret treatment passed down for generations in these lands, records say it has been used in battles since times long gone, and lent to the famed resilience of Ashina warriors. A pill case full of these pellets would also serve as a battle charm.
Location:
- Before Idols: After the cutscene completes in the Moon-view Tower and you receive your Kusabimaru head up the stairs and on the top landing you will find this item laying on the ground.
- Before Idols: Upon defeating your first Heavy Enemy that requires a second Deathblow to overcome this item will be given to you.
- Before Idols: After defeating the enemy that requires two deathblows to defeat you will continue down the path until you get to a wall jumping section where you can go up to the underside of a bridge or around the left side along the wall to get to the next area. Climb up to the underside of the bridge and walk across to the ledges on the other side and drop down to the ledge with the item on it. That is this item.
Usage: Used to recover health over a short period of time.
