- Escort Gotarzes back to Xenia
Lost and Found Starting Location
Objective: Defend the Stranded Captain
It seems that Captain Gotarzes is in the midst of a mutiny! Speak to him, and then teach his crewmen a lesson in loyalty, Alexios style.
Luckily the starving sailors don’t put up much of a fight.
Objective: Escort Gotarzes back to Xenia
Once you’ve put down the mutiny, return to your ship and sail back to Keos. As you approach the harbor, a cutscene will play. It turns out that Gotarzes is of special interest to Xenia, and you are rewarded handsomely for your meager efforts.

You have to dock in a specific port or it will do this

It worked for me, before I figured it out I was docked at the wrong port, the need you is in the west side of Keos.
