Helping a Healer is a Side Quest in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

Helping a Healer Starting Location
Objective: Gather Mandrake Herbs for Lykaon (5)
East of Chora of Delphi there are patches of Mandrake herbs that Lykaon needs to create medicines. They grow along the banks of the river that you can find at the waypoint. Travel up and down both sides of the river bank until you have found five herbs. Lykaon has warned you that there are a number of wolves in the area, so keep your head on a swivel for that while you’re harvesting. The herbs themselves will not be waypointed, and do not get arrows when you use the Revelation ability. Your only indicator is the faint white glow of loot when you get near, and an interact prompt when you are in range. Those sparkles are going to be the only thing you see if that Mandrake happens to spawn in tall grass or near a bush. See the picture below to know what you’re looking for.
Objective: Return to Lykaon
Once you’ve gathered five herbs, Lykaon will create the medication and enlist your help again to dispense it to his patients that need it.
Objective: Deliver Medicine to the Villagers (3)
There are three in total, all around Chora of Delphi but relatively close by. Bring the medication to all three.
Objective: Talk to Lykaon
Upon returning to Lykaon, he asks you for one last favor. Though this quest is over, he still needs to deliver the medicine to his mother Praxithea as well. If you agree, you will automatically receive the quest Sins of the Past and begin it immediately.
