Ambition is a Side Quest in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

- Gather Athenian Seals (x/3)
- Deliver the Athenian Seals to Lysander
Ambition Starting Location
In the middle of Sparta, you will see Spartan Commander Lysander giving a speech to his soldiers.
He wants us to weaken the Athenians by killing some of their Polemarch’s in Forts all over the map.
Gather Athenian Seals
To complete this quest, you have to kill the Polemarches of three Forts which are currently under Athenian control. Depending on how much you have played and which factions you have helped more, the Forts can be different ones over the whole map.
First thing you want to do, is check your map 
and see, which regions are currently under Athenian control – seen by the blue outline of a region. When setting foot in the area Lakonia, where this quest is received, it will be under Spartan influence, so there aren’t any Athenian Forts here.
To spot a fort on the map, watch out for this symbol:
Good news: if you already completed a fort, there will be a new Polemarch inside. So, this is not missable by any means.
Fast-travel to any eligible location and use your bird 
to scan the surroundings for Polemarchs – they are the big ones with the double yellow line around their level:
How you approach and kill them is very much up to you. In open combat, or even letting them kill themselves through set brazier-traps,
or in solitude. Just remember to loot them.
Doing so will give you the needed Quest Items.
Once you have obtained three, you can return to Lysander in Sparta.
Deliver the Athenian Seals to Lysander
Fast-travel back to Sparta and talk to Lysander to finish this quest. He also offers a follow-up quest. You can either directly accept it or decline it and come back to him later.
