The Taxman Cometh Starting Location
Chalkis Farm on Euboea.
Objective: Find and Talk to the Farmer
It seems that a local farmer is having trouble with a group of bandits called The Dagger. Head east from Chalkis Farm to find the last location of the farmer and his cart. When you are within 150M, call Ikaros to pinpoint the exact location. Looks like you’re too late.
Objective: Talk to the Survivor
Approach the location, and talk to the last survivor of the raid. He tells you that his master has been kidnapped and taken to Dystos Fort.
Objective: Find and Free the Farmer from Dystos Fort
When you get within 150M of the waypoint, call Ikaros to pinpoint the farmer’s exact location in Fort Dystos.
Be sure to tag every soldier inside so that you can keep track of them during your infiltration. There are quite a lot of them, so be thorough. At a minimum you will have to eliminate enough of the soliders to be able to escort the farmer out of the fort before you free him from his cage, but for safety you might want to just kill everyone.
Objective: Escort the Farmer to Safety
Luckily this isn’t the first time that the farmer has been locked up, and knows a secret way out of the fort. Follow him closely, because he doesn’t wait for you. Once you’re outside and at a safe distance, talk to the farmer to get your reward… sort of.
Objective: Explore Katarraktes Cave and Collect Your Reward
Follow the waypoint to Katarraktes cave and clean the place out. Taking the farmer’s treasure will conclude the mission.

It goes with whatever your level is. Mine says 14
what if I collected the stash before the mission? I’m not able to complete it because of that. is there a way I can reset it?
You may have moved past this or ignored it but I came for the same reason. I came back to the game a while later and found a stash on the way out in the weeds where the green water is and a standing fire on the left. Hope it helps.
