Friend of My Enemy is the 19th main quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Friend of My Enemy main mission.

- Questboard Category: The League > Tomiko
- Quest Giver: Automatically appears after completing Heads Will Roll
- Requirement: Complete the quest Heads Will Roll.
- Recommended Level: 11
- Reward: 1000 EXP
- Quest Description: Akechi Mitsuhide’s invitation to meet is dangerous, but his complex relationship with Oda Nobunaga could make him a powerful ally.
Talk to Tomiko
You can track this quest from the Objectives Board. Scroll to The League group and select the quest underneath Tomiko.
Head back to your hideout. You can find Tomiko sitting next to the workbench.
You face a dialogue choice here:
- [It will be fine.]
- [It’s dangerous.]
The choice changes nothing, so choose whichever you wish.
Meet Mitsuhide
From the fast travel point at Katano Castle, observe to the north with 
/ 
to see where you need to go.
Go into the building and pass through a couple of doors. When you enter the main room, a cutscene triggers.
While in this conversation, you face two dialogue options.
- [You know a lot.]
- [You know nothing.]
And then another:
- [I believe you.]
- [I don’t believe you.]
Choose whichever options you want, as the outcome is the same no matter which combination you choose.
This finishes Friend of My Enemy in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
