Losing Hand is the 42nd main quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Losing Hand main mission.

- Requirement: Available immediately after completing the quests The Rengakai

- Reward: 1000 EXP
- Quest Description: Rumors of an impending attack on Hashiba Hideyoshi’s allies have brought Naoe and Yasuke to Harima.
Question Tokubei’s wife Suzu
You can track this quest using the Objectives Board. Scroll to the Shinbakufu and select the quest underneath The Noble.
Suzu is located in Tokubei’s House, which sits on the west side of Himeji.
Approach Tokubei’s House from the north. You only need to worry about one sentry on this side.
When you get inside the house with Suzu, watch out for a sentry that could be in the room with her.
Contront Tokubei
Go southeast to the Homeji Guild Storage.
From the east side of Homeji Guild Storage, find a plain section of wall.
Climb up and over to find the stairway down to the gambling den.
Just to your left, you find Tokubei.
Follow Tokubei
For a little bit, Tokubei leads you out of Homeji Guild Storage
Chase Tokubei
When he gets close to the exit, Tokubei bolts. Give chase.
Confront Tokubei.
Eventually, Tokubei gets tired and stops in the middle of the street. Talk to him when he finishes talking.
- [I don’t believe you.]
- [Your wife is in danger.]
If you choose “I don’t believe you,” then you must fight Tokubei. If you choose “Your wife is in danger,” then you finish the quest peacefully.
This finishes Losing Hand in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
