Lady of Whispers is the 26th main quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Lady of Whispers main mission.

- Quest Giver: Available automatically after completing the quest Nobutsuna Sensei
- Requirement: Available immediately after completing the quest Nobutsuna Sensei
- Recommended Level: 18
- Reward: 1000 EXP
- Quest Description: An old an enigmatic confidante holds connections that may help in the fight against Yasuke’s enemies.
Meet Lady Nene
To track this quest, go to the Objective Board. Scroll to Yasuke’s section and select the quest underneath him.
This quest is exclusive to Yasuke. If needed, open the Inventory menu and hold 
(PS5) / 
(Xbox) to switch characters.
Find the location south of Azuchi Castle, partway down the long stairway.
Kill the Akechi soldiers
There are 8 enemies standing around in the enclosure you need to enter, and they all attack you on sight. If you are underleveled, you will be taken down very quickly.
The best strategy is to kite a couple people out onto the stairs at a time. Then, if you stay further down the stairs than the enemies, then you can often get lucky as attacks go right over your head.
This fight is not fair at all. Use every advantage you can get. Also, make use of combat abilities when you have filled a chunk of the adrenaline bar.
The final enemy hangs out in the first house. Go in and defeat him.
Talk to the young lady
Head back outside and approach the young lady crouched in the courtyard.
Reach Sokenji Temple
Go to the Sokenji Temple on the west end of Azuchi Castle.
Go underneath this roof and approach the table.
This finishes Lady of Whispers in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
