#1 – Key (Secret Ruins Key)
At the Stargazer, talk to the NPC. You’ll get a dialogue choice, choose the right option: “She said to follow Lea.” After selecting this, you’ll receive the key.
#2 – Amulet (Transformation Amulet +3) [NEW GAME+++ / PRIOR PLAYTHROUGHS GIVE DIFFERENT ITEM]
Follow the main path through the mine. After defeating some small robots, you’ll come across a chest once you’re out of the cave. It’s located on the main path, and the item is inside.
Secret Boss (Premetamorphic Green Hunter)
From the Stargazer Ancient Ruins Excavation Site, head back using the shortcut path. Climb down the ladder and make your way to the elevator. As you’re riding the elevator down, keep an eye out, about halfway down, there’s a hidden passage you can jump into. Time your jump right and enter the secret area. Follow the path, and you’ll encounter a secret boss. Defeat them, and you’ll be rewarded with 1x Quartz.

You don’t need to select “She said to follow Lea,” to get the key. The other option, which is something like, “She said nothing,” gets you that key + it’s a lie, so you get extra humanity.

this is correct, if you’re wanting to get the most humanity choose “she said nothing” you will still get the key
