Collectibles Overview:
Collectibles
#1 – Exchange Material (Ancient Disc)
Once you’ve reached the greenhouse, follow the path until you find a corpse you can interact with. Then head down the path where the three enemies are. Defeat them and continue left toward the dead end, where you’ll find the item on the floor inside a small room.
#2 – Letter (Emergency Directive: No. 1)
You get this letter by following the main path and defeating the jetpack enemy.
#3 – Amulet (Strength Amulet)
Follow the main path until you reach a large round metal railing. Don’t climb the ladder! Instead, keep going to the end, where you’ll find a chest containing the amulet.
#4 – Activate Function (Echo Player)
Now climb to the top of the scaffolding. Once you reach the top, you’ll be in an office. Interact with the desk to get the item.
#5 – Letter (A Warning to Markiona)
Obtained from interacting with the same desk as the previous item.

Ive used your guides and they are great but #3 strength amulet is a base game amulet unless you mean +1. Also there is no chest in the area you describe. None of the circular railing areas have a chest nor the top room. Im confused where the chest/amulet is? Thanks!

I couldn’t find the Strength Amulet, it might be a NG+ exclusive

Im in NG+ and there are no amulets nor treasure chests in the place described. I have only found a grindstone coating capsule.
