You automatically receive this outfit after defeating the boss Lumacchio, Leader of the Bastards.
Trophy: Honor and Revenge
Kill the Leader of the Bastards and the Leader of the Sweepers.
#2 – Letter (Lumacchio’s Last Letter) [MISSABLE]
Interact with the Stargazer past the boss arena and then go back up to find it next to his corpse. Don’t kill him at the end to get this letter.
