Krat Lighthouse contains 10 Collectible Locations in Lies of P: Overture DLC. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Krat Lighthouse in chronological order and is intended for use DURING the story. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Because some collectibles are missable, it is highly recommended to do everything at the first possible opportunity. For trophies/achievements you only need the Weapons, Legion Arms, Records, Gestures. This guide also contains all other collectibles for 100% completion: Outfits, Newspapers, Letters, Books, Materials, Amulets, Recollections, Pictures, Ergos, Keys, Converters, Grindstones, Cartridges, Photos, Documents.

Collectibles Overview:
Collectibles
#1 – Letter (Young Fisherman’s Letter)
Follow the lighthouse path upward. About halfway up, you’ll see a room. In this room, interact with a shelf to get the letter.
#2 – Recollection (Old Bottle of Beer)
In the same room, interact with a shelf to get the Quest Item. Once you’ve collected the Old Bottle of Beer, you can teleport from the next Stargazer back to Shipwreck Exterior. There, head to the left side, where you’ll find Salao, the Old Fisherman. Hand him the Beer to get the Fihserman’s Eathered Key.
#3 – Gesture (Peer into Distance)
Climb the lighthouse all the way to the top. A cutscene will play. After the cutscene, you’ll automatically receive the gesture.

Learn all gestures from the Forgotten Time.
#4 – Picture (Rosaura’s Treasure: Third Piece of a Drawing)
From the top of the lighthouse, drop down the back side and climb down the path. You’ll find Rosaura there. After speaking with her, you’ll receive the Picture.
#5 – Photo (Rosaura’s Treasure: Photo of the Tree of Friendship)
From the top of the lighthouse, drop down the back side and climb down the path. You’ll find Rosaura there. After speaking with her, you’ll receive the Photo.
#6 – Outfit (The Battle Maniac’s Mask + Blazing Death’s Apparel)
Climb further down and use the Rabbit Hole Key on the door. Inside the room, you’ll find a safe containing the outfit
#7 – Note (Missing Key Log)
You’ll receive this note automatically once you equip the full outfit: “The Battle Maniac’s Mask” and “Blazing Death’s Apparel”.
#8 – Letter (Old Fisherman’s Letter)
Once you’ve obtained the key (as previously mentioned), you can unlock the house located to the right of the lighthouse. Inside, you’ll find the letter.
#9 – Picture (Damaged Poster)
Follow the main path until a cutscene plays. Here, you’ll meet Lea. Exhaust all her dialogues to receive the picture.
#10 – Voice Recording (Lea’s Will)
In the room, the picture is on the table.

On my playthrough I picked it up as a white item on the top of the lighthouse.

Incase you haven’t before you need to start the quest with the fisherman for his bottle of beer to appear

If you go down the spiral staircase you’ll find the area you need to interact with for the last Tracker cipher. Also going to the path on the left side outside the lighthouse will lead you to a big ice sheet with a mini boss, a full moonstone is the reward on NG at least. That leads you back to the shortcut at the beginning of the village.
