If you complete all story missions can you still do side missions after all the main are completed?
Yes there is free-roam after the story. You can continue to complete remaining optional story missions, side quests, outposts, prepper stashes, challenges etc.
Everything, except already completed quests is acccessible after story.
If you kill eli in only you, can you still complete all quests?
Yes I made that mistake and had to restart
I finished 40 of 41 missions in Whitetail mountains, and map is empty, no missions left, anyone knows what I missed?
Did the same thing for me in Henbane River… got 42/43 and map is empty
For Henbane, go back to the guy who does the movies at Grimalkan Radon Mine. He’ll have a second quest for you. I can’t find the last one for Whitehall though 🙁
I got the same problem and i looked through the quests list and i was missing a mission that i already did but it didn’t count its called “special delivery” i couldn’t find it in the completed list and i have 51/52 in john’s region and 40/41 in jacobs region i can’t find what im missing
Same here 40/41 nothing is left and all other areas are done looked for missing missions got them all pretty sure I got all the prepper and any thing else there was
I found out the prepped stashes count towards the mission completed of that helps. Maybe check on that as well.
I do not get it. I’ve Got 42 out of 43 missions in henbane and already did the bloed dragen 3 thing. What could I possibly have missed?
Did you figure out what you’ve missed? Same for me I have 41/43 in Henbane. I beat blood dragon 3 what’s the other two? I’ve completed all side missions and story missions. Prepper, outposts and properties are all complete too
On what info mission list is based? Since I have 12 story missions and 2 side missions more than on Holland Valley (John) list alone. Seems that other two areas have same issue. Henbane River list misses 9 story missions (total 19) and Whitetail Mountain 8 (total 17). I have just completed first area so can’t confirm these other two regions yet. Side mission lists on other hand seem fairly OK (only 3 missing in all areas).
Maybe author was hit with that FC5’s Reputation Point issue thingy? Meaning that as player get enough RP’s and some mission may be auto-completed. They should be visible on in-game mission list though???
Quick edit. “No Means No” is a story mission, Mission stats for Holland Valley (John) are: story 20, side 18, stashes 12 and stunts 2, making total 52 missions.

Whitetail Mountain (Jacob) story mission list has also missing multiple missions and one side mission. Stats should be: 17 story missions, 14 side missions, 7 stashes and 3 stunts (total 41).
All regions totals should be: 143 missions (62 story, 45 side, 28 stashes, 8 stunts). This story mission page is missing grand total of 35 missions (62-27, one side mission is listed on story missions). Only two side mission are not on side mission lists. Other resources are correct, as expected from this site.

Hopefully these updates lists help anyone aiming on completing all that game has to offer.
Henbane River (Faith) missions should be: 19 story missions, 13 side missions, 8 prepper stashes and 3 stunts. List is missing 9 story missions, side missions are OK.
If player wants to complete all game missions it’s advised to concentrate first on areas story missions, especially first liberation mission. Otherwise as player progresses and accumulates Resistance Points there is danger that due to story events some missions start to auto-complete or become unavailable.
