Stop by Larry Parker’s place and you’ll know immediately that you’ve got some weirdness in your future. You’ll find him trapped in some kind of energy field that is powered by three nearby generators. Walk to each one in turn, following the waypoints or the blue wires on the ground, and turn them off to free Larry. Boom, mission accomplished and an easy $300.
