Jumping Ship is a Side Mission in Far Cry 5. This walkthrough shows how to complete this Quest.

Pastor Jeffries has another job for you, and it’s an unusual request. The resistance is sheltering an Eden’s Gate defector who has asked for sanctuary. You have to go to the Silver Lake Trailer Park and help protect the refugee until he can be extracted. You will not be able to fast travel directly to the trailer park if you’d already been there, instead you can use Gardenview Orchards or Rae-Rae’s Pumpkin Farm as a nearby alternative.

When you arrive at the park, the assault will already be in full swing. Secure the trailer park, then talk to the resistance leader and get ready to deal with peggie reinforcements. There’s no particular strategy to follow here, and you will get notified when enemies are coming from the front or back. just keep killing peggies until you get the notification to carry the defector to a boat at the dock. Jump onto the boat, put the defector down, then jump back to the shore and clean up any remaining cultists to complete the mission.
