Far Cry 6 Vaas Insanity All Vaas Chibis Locations

November 16, 2021 by PowerPyx 6 Comments

Far Cry 6 Vaas Insanity DLC (Vaas’ Mind) has 10 Vaas Chibis Locations. Finding all Chibis Collectibles unlocks the Puff, Puff, Vaas trophy and achievement. They also unlock the Lil Vaas bobblehead for your callable car in the main game.

None of these Collectibles are missable, you can find them at any time. They spawn on any Mind Level from Level 1 to 5, all are in fixed positions. They look like bobbleheads and you must shoot them to destroy them. You can track which ones you found and which ones are missing by going to the Collection Menu and clicking on Chibis. Each has its own number so you can easily tell which one you are missing.

They do not need to be collected in one life, it saves across multiple playthroughs. If you die you do not need to find them again. You can pick them up in any order.

This guide uses the in-game numbering as seen in the Collection Menu and shows them in the order they are closest together for a more efficient route.

Chibi 01
Inside the building to the right of where you spawn (not the building you spawn in). It’s in the ceiling above a workbench.

Chibi 03
On top of a climbable structure in the volcano area, just a little bit south-west of the starting camp.

Chibi 02
On a floating boat at the beach.

Chibi 06
On top of a mountain (can walk up there from the south-side), sitting at the edge of a wooden ramp.

Chibi 04
Inside a bucket in a sandy area.

Chibi 08
On a wall left of a chest.

Chibi 09
Between the hands of a corpse hanging upside down.

Chibi 10
On the rocks above the beach, at the edge of the map.

Chibi 07
Between the hands of a statue.

Chibi 05
In the hole of a tree, on the backside of the tree.

That’s all of the Chibis in Far Cry 6 Episode 1 (Vaas Expansion). After finding them all you will receive the Puff, Puff, Vaas trophy or achievement.

Exact same thing for me! Hopefully this is a glitch that they fix. I’m glad it’s not just me that is missing number 1.

I figured out a way to still get the achievement if it glitches. If you start a new far cry 6 game in a new save slot (make sure to use an empty slot and not save over your old save), then exit the new game started and go to the add on dlc section of the general menu it will let you start a new game in the dlc because it is referencing the last general far cry 6 game that was run. In the new dlc game started all 20 chibis should be there and it doesn’t take too long to redo the 10 and the achievement should pop.

Sorry I meant to say all 10 chibis should be there, not all 20.

At first I thought I was having this problem too after trying to continue collecting after accidentally dying. I assumed that the collection started over with my death which made it all the more puzzling when I returned to the spots where I had collected Chibi before and they were gone. No high pitched voices nearby or a creepy statue to quickly dispatch of. That was when I checked my collection tab in the menu and realized that just like permanent traits, they remain in your collection.

Ubisoft has clearly said they are not able to fix this. I would hope they would fix it for the future, but right now they just said no. Just do it on another save (New Game+!!) and you will have the bubblehead available to you on your main save.
