Open Skies is a Main Story Quest (Operation) in Far Cry 6. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Open Skies main mission.

Requirement: having completed Operation “Bury the Hatchet”
Reward: 150 XP
Mission Info: To gain the upper hand with José, take out his anti-aircraft cannons and disable his radar capabilities. They won’t see you coming, and by the time they do it will be too late.
Objectives:
- Destroy the cannon at Anti-Aircraft Site Nu
- Destroy the cannon at Anti-Aircraft Site Pi
- Access the underground bunker
- Hack the main Computer
- Escape the FND Radar Bunker area

Destroy the cannon at Anti-Aircraft Site Nu
If you previously destroyed this in free-roam, this objective is skipped and does not have to be done again.
Alejandro suggests we should claim the airspace back and destroy some Anti-Aircraft cannons.
They don’t require much attention, just a bit of explosion. Use a rocket launcher or the Supremo for it (Rocket Launcher can be bought from Guerrilla Garrison Level 2).
Destroy the cannon at Anti-Aircraft Site Pi
If you previously destroyed this in free-roam, this objective is skipped and does not have to be done again.
Rinse and repeat for the second mandatory site.
Access the underground bunker
Make your way towards the restricted area with the underground radar bunker. For such an important site, it is secured quite low. There is a total of 6 enemies, 2 alarms and 1 camera.
Outside are two enemies, guarding the entrance; in the tunnel another soldier.
Going through the door at the end, you can spot a camera, which you should deal with. On the other side of that doorway are the remaining three enemies. They are pretty close to the two alarms in this section; one of which is right behind the doorway.
Hack the main Computer
The second alarm is on a lower level, where the military Captain and our target – the computer – are.
Once all enemies are dealt with, you can interact with the computer to hack it. You don’t have to stay close and roam around the corridors to pick up resources.
Escape the FND Radar Bunker area
Upon completion of the hack, retrace your steps to the surface and leave the restricted military area.

What about the security door that is opened with the security card found in a room at the back of the computer room. I suspect it is booby trapped because I can hear ticking that get louder as I approach the door. Is this correct? To find the door backtrack up the stair near the computer, turn right, right again. The door will be the first one you see on the left. It’s visible from the back of the computer room near the huge medi-crate in the cage.
