Napoleon El Pequeño is a Main Story Quest (Operation) in Far Cry 6. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Napoleon El Pequeño main mission.

Mission Info: I need your help hunting down that Lieutenant I’m after. Meet me at the dock in Siniestra and we’ll go find that comemierda.

Starting Location: Napoleon El Pequeño
Meet Espada in Siniestra
Travel to the small dock by your favorite means of transportation. If the anti-air-cannons are disabled, arriving via air-drop & wingsuit is equally fast and stylish.
Travel with Espada to Cayo Villarreal
“Stay awhile and listen”. While in the boat, Espada tells some stories about Carlos and their past.
Search for Information on the Lieutenant
In a cutscene, we see José Castillo killing one of his Lieutenants and leaving him behind. We should check his body, right next to the helipad.
This island has an infinite number of spawning soldiers – don’t even try to kill everyone, as it is just a waste of bullets. Get those out of the way, which are between you and the target.
Read the note next to the body.
Dani and Espada now need to head for the villa in the northern part of the island. It’s guarded by six brutes and one dog. If you got a sniper-rifle on you, it’s a good time to use it to thin out their numbers or wiping them out completely.
Once they are down, head into the office on the upper floor to trigger a cutscene.
Rescue the Prisoners
We discover that there is a hidden torture chamber underneath the lighthouse on the southern edge of the island, holding some allies.
While walking all across the island, avoid the main road and village, as there will be more soldiers spawning. Circle around everyone and proceed through the door to the southeast of the lighthouse.
Inside will be a single enemy watching over our allies. Take him out and free 
them.
