Far Cry 6 has 20 Supply Drop Locations. Collecting 10 of 20 Supply Drops unlocks the It’s Raining Treasure! trophy or achievement. At each of their locations you will find a Recon Point that triggers a countdown to race to the supply chest. They are effectively timed open world races. You can make this very easy by using a helicopter to fly to the target location. Once you get there you can loot the Supply Drop. They give Gun Powder and Supremo Bonds, which are important upgrade materials. They also give 200 XP each and you gain access to more gear by leveling up.
None of the Supply Drops are missable. You can still do all of them after the story. They get marked by red radio icons when you get near them. If the timer runs out, you can simply interact with the Recon Point again to retry as often as you like.
