Chillshroom is a mushroom and a crafting material in Monster Hunter World. It is used to craft a Cool Drink used to provide temporary relief from extreme heat in the lava areas of Elder’s Recess.

You can only find Chillshroom on the following map:
- Elder’s Recess
You can cultivate Chillshrooms at the botanist in Astera and use fertilizer on it. This will make it grow automatically between quests. However, the only place you will need them is in the lava region of Elder’s Recess so you don’t lose health from the extreme heat. There are Chillshrooms near the entry points to the lava area so you can pick them up when you need them and quickly craft the Cool Drink from your menu.
