Omniplegia Sac is a crafting material in Monster Hunter World that is obtained as a reward from the “Great Girros” large monster on High-Rank (6 Stars+ only). It is used to craft certain upgrades for paralysis-weapons.

Omniplegia Sac is a reward for slaying or capturing a Great Girros in Rotten Vale. It can be obtained only on High-Rank (6 Stars+). It will show up in the mission reward screen after the monster has been defeated. However, it’s not a guaranteed drop! You may have to farm this monster multiple times to get it. There’s no way to carve this item, it’s simply a random drop in the reward screen after Great Girros has been defeated.

You can defeat this monster as often as you wish to farm Omniplegia Sac, it respawns when fast traveling to another map.

Farming this part is bs. The frequency of the sac is 3 stars, while the hood is 2 and I’ve been getting a truck load of hoods. I’ve faught girros at least 15 times and only got 2 from one fight. Same thing with the deadly poison sac from the viper Tobi kodachi. Farming these sacs is a bs chore and needs to be fixed.
