Collectibles Overview:
Collectibles
#1 – Recollection (Carnival Coin)
You get the Carnival Coin once you open the door to the Carnival and head left toward the small clock tower. The item is lying directly on the ground in front of the small clock tower.
#2 – Picture (Carnival Prize Announcement)
Continue north from the clock tower, then turn left into the building. The picture is sitting on top of the crate inside.
#3 – Gesture (Tap Dance)
To get the Tap Dance gesture, interact with the machine in the same room. Use the coin you found earlier and watch the short music performance.
#4 – Letter (Changes to Reconnaissance Orders)
From the Carnival gate you opened, head north. The letter is on the ground just before you cross the bridge.
#5 – Recollection (Carnival Coin)
You get the Carnival Coin after defeating the big red elite enemy.
#6 – Recollection (Carnival Coin)
Cross the bridge, then head right down the small path onto the ice. Walk along the left side until you see an item next to a corpse.
#7 – Weapon (Maniac’s Pinwheel Blade + Maniac’s Pinwheel Handle)
To get the weapon, return to the spot where you defeated the big red elite enemy. Face toward the Clown’s Circus and interact with the puppet at the concession stand. Insert a Carnival Coin, and a door to a mini-game will open. In the mini-game, roll through a total of 12 clown balloons to earn the weapon. Be careful of the red balloons, they explode and can deal damage.
#8 – Converter (Workshop Union Auto-adaptive Converter+2)
Continue along the path until you reach the Ferris wheel. However, first head right to the next Clown’s Circus. Insert another Carnival Coin and complete the next challenge, which involves defeating a miniboss. Once the miniboss is dead, you can follow the path further and retrieve the item from the safe. (Potentially, this is New Game+ Exclusive like other “+” Items)
#9 – Amulet (Winter’s Sleep Amulet +1) [NEW GAME+++ / PRIOR PLAYTHROUGHS GIVE DIFFERENT ITEM]
Now follow the path to the Ferris wheel. However, take the small path to the left and follow it to the dead end. There, you’ll find a chest containing the amulet.
#10 – Key (Zoo Tram Station Key)
Now head to the Ferris wheel and wait for an empty gondola. Step inside and ride it until you see a platform where you can get off. Then follow the path and pick up the key at the end.
#11 – Recollection (Rose’s Shoes)
Continue along the path and jump down through the circus tent roof. Once you reach the carousel, walk along the outer edge counterclockwise to find the chest containing the quest item. Remember: Rose (aka Rosaura) can be found at the Stargazer.
#12 – Recollection (Carnival Coin)
Now exit the carousel and follow the path to the right. Along the way, you’ll see a building with the word “Marion” on it. To the right of it, there’s a corpse on the ground holding the Carnival Coin.
#13 – Amulet (Survival Amulet) [MISSABLE]
Continue along the main path. You’ll come across a fountain where you’ll meet an NPC called the Wandering Merchant. There, you can buy the Survival Amulet for 2,000 Ergo.
#14 – Key (Black Rabbit Hole Key) [MISSABLE]
Continue along the main path. You’ll come across a fountain where you’ll meet an NPC called the Wandering Merchant. There, you can buy the Black Rabbit Hole Key for 1,500 Ergo.
#15 – Record (The Clear Blue Sky – Gold) [MISSABLE] [NEW GAME+ EXCLUSIVE]
Continue along the main path. You’ll come across a fountain where you’ll meet an NPC called the Wandering Merchant. There, you can buy The Clear Blue Sky Record for 10,000 Ergo. Can only be purchased in New Game+!
#16 – Gesture (Cheer)
If you are standing in front of the clown, use the Tap Dance gesture. After your dance, you will receive the Cheer gesture as a reward.
#17 – Blade Upgrade Material (Full Moonstone Covenant)
From the fountain, head left into the circus tent and interact with the clown. If you give him the final coin, you’ll receive the upgrade material.
#18 – Record (Lisrim) [MISSABLE]
Now head back to the Stargazer to return Rosaura’s shoes, which you found at the carousel. Once you give her the shoes, you’ll receive the item.
#19 – Picture (Rosaura’s Treasure: Piece of a Drawing) [MISSABLE]
You will receive it at the same time as the previous item when returning Rosaura’s shoes.
#20+21 – Outfit (The Eccentric’s Mask) + Outfit (Piercing Death’s Hunting Apparel)
From the Stargazer, head back north to the Carnival. Behind the “Clown Knock-Down” tent, there’s a door where you can use the Rabbit Hole key. Inside the room, you’ll find a safe, open it to get the outfit.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Carnival Garden area in Lies of P: Overture DLC.

You can also get a tea set collectable by doing the carnival game where you pick up the saw toothed wheel. Not sure if it has any other utility aside from being sold, however.

Came to say the same thing, knock as the targets down and you get ‘Royal Flower Tea Set’. I used the cog throwables and the aiming is janky. You have to do the top and bottom row.
QMG says
It also unlocks new dialogue from the merchant , he tells you some sort of secret about the Crown you pick up later.
Chris says
Make sure you open the Black Rabbit Hideout here, behind the saw toothed carnival game tent, which contains the Eccentric Mask and outfit. Wear the outfit and you can find another Black Rabbit key in its pocket, which should allow you to open the next hideout near the hotel

While using ‘Tap Dance’ gesture to get the ‘Cheer’ gesture, I also got the ‘Strategist’s Amulet’ (Increases weapon attribute damage buildup). I am in NG+.
Dale says
Just to confirm #8, on NG this is just a base level Workshop Union Auto-adaptive converter, rather than +2.
Cole says
You can also get a full moonstone of the covenant for inserting a carnival coin at the clown where you tap dance.
QMG says
There is also a second clown knock down game next to the carousel that awards a miraculous recovery ampoule.

Step #6 isn’t quite right. The “path to the right” is BEFORE crossing the bridge. Working through this area right now and had to backtrack to work out where it was. You can also jump off the left side of the bridge that faces the “Clown’s Circus” mentioned in step 7.
