She Who Controls the Seas is a Side Quest in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

She Who Controls the Seas Starting Location

This quest is given by Xenia on Keos after completing her 2nd treasure hunt Sacred Vows.

Acquire Triton’s Shell of the Tides

Just like with the last two treasure quests, you will receive multiple maps for the location of the Triton Shell. Again, only one map is correct and the others are fake.

Triton’s Shell of the Tides Location: It’s found in Makedonia, in sub-region Triple Peninsula of Chalkidike, inside the Underwater Cavern. See the correct treasure map and corresponding location below:

Explore the underwater cave at Chalkidike

When you get to the location, your character makes a comment that it’s the right place. You can then track the quest “Rumored Conch Shell Location” from your quest log.

Dive down to the cavern (which is marked as a location on the map). Once inside the underwater cavern, keep following the blue glowing jellyfish. The jellyfish shows the way! After the third group of jellyfish you must swim up and climb a ledge, then dive down on the other side. This can be a bit tricky to see if you don’t know that you must swim up. It’s deep in the cavern too so there’s little time to turn around if you get stuck. Just remember to swim up at the third group of jellyfish.

At the end of the cavern are some bandits and a big chest. Open the chest to collect the Conch Shell.

Return the Shell to Xenia on Keos. Then she gives her 4th treasure hunt “Throw the Dice“.
