Far Cry 6 How to Get Gun Powder

Gun Powder is a weapon upgrade material in Far Cry 6. It’s used to craft weapon mods, special ammo types, suppressors, weapon sights.

Here’s how to get Gun Powder:

Guaranteed Rewards from Ambushes. Every Ambush gives 1 Gun Powder and other weapon crafting materials. These are by far the fastest and best way to get weapon crafting materials! See Far Cry 6 All Ambush Locations.
Guaranteed Rewards from Supply Drops. Every Supply Drop gives 1 Gun Powder. See Far Cry 6 All Supply Drop Locations.
From some FND Caches (black/red crates). These can get marked by white chest icons on the map when you bribe soldiers with money, or from collecting maps (often found at Military Checkpoints or Anti-Aircraft Cannons). Not every FND Cache will contain Gun Powder. They will either contain one weapon or one Gun Powder. Do not confuse them with Libertad Crates (blue/white), those only give Armor and Supremo Bonds.
