Monster Hunter World: Nourishing Extract Location

Nourishing Extract is a crafting material in Monster Hunter World. It is used to craft: Ancient Potion, which is the best potion in the game as it permanently maxes out your lifebar and stamina bar for one life-cycle.

Location:

Nourishing Extract is a reward for slaying or capturing a Paolumu or Odogaron. It can be obtained on Low-Rank (1-5 Stars) & High-Rank (6 Stars+). It will show up in the mission reward screen after the monster has been defeated. However, it’s not a guaranteed drop! You may have to farm these monsters multiple times to get it. There’s no way to carve this item, it’s simply a random drop in the reward screen after the monster has been defeated.

• Paolumu (Habitat: Coral Highlands) – Random Reward from this monster on Low-Rank (1-5 Stars) & High-Rank (6 Stars+)
  
• Odogaron (Habitat: Rotten Vale) – Random Reward from this monster on Low-Rank (1-5 Stars) & High-Rank (6 Stars+)
  
• Dodogama (Habitat: Elder’s Recess) – Random Reward from this monster on High-Rank (6 Stars+)
  

You can defeat this monster as often as you wish to farm Nourishing Extract, it respawns when fast traveling to another map.
