Valuable Reflections is an optional quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of Valuable Reflections mission. This is a collection quest that requires you to find all 10 valuable objects.

- Requirement: Becomes available in Act 2, after The Performer (after defeating “The Fox” Shinbakufu member)

- Reward: 1000 EXP
- Quest Description: Niwa Nagahide yearns to collect valuable objects from across the land. Guess who’s going to help him?
Meet with Nagahide
You can track this quest from the Objectives Board. Scroll to the People of Wakasa group and select the quest underneath Niwa Nagahide. You find Nagahide’s estate at the north end of Obama.
Find treasures for Nagahide (10)
Nagahide wants you to find all 10 Valuable Objects collectibles, all of which are found inside castles.
Valuable Object 1/10: Insect Cage
Go to Katano, just a bit west of the Hideout.
Climb in the southwestern building in Katano Castle. On the third level from the top, find the Insect Cage located here next to the suit of armor.
Valuable Object 2/10: Sake Flask
Make your way to Amagasaki on the west end of the Izumi Settsu region.
Climb into the viewpoint tower on the northeast corner of Amagasaki Castle.
Reach the second level from the top, where a single enemy sits inside an enclosed space, to find the Sake Flask.
Valuable Object 3/10: Umbrella
Head to the viewpoint tower for Yamazako in the Yamashiro region.
Climb to the second level from the top of the tower to find the Umbrella resting on a box.
Valuable Object 4/10: Kimono
Go to Hiruga Bay near Lake Suigetsu in the Wakasa region.
Head into the middle house in the bay to find the kimono hanging on the wall.
Valuable Object 5/10: Fan
The Fan is on display in the Miyazu Castle, up in the northwesternmost corner of the map in the Tamba region.
Find the Fan sitting on a shelf next to a displayed suit of armor.
Valuable Object 6/10: Chinese Lacquered Furniture
Head to the viewpoint tower in the Kameyama Castle in the Tamba region.
Find the Chinese Lacquered Furniture resting on a box on the third floor from the top of the tower.
Valuable Object 7/10: Calligraphy Set
Head to the northeast corner of the Kofukuji Temple in Yamato’s Nara Heartland to find the Calligraphy Set.

Valuable Object 8/10: Flower Vase
The Sandanbeki Cave is a tricky place to find in the Kii region. Go to this location to find the opening to the cave.
Then, pass through the first section with enemies and proceed into the second section of the cave.
To your left, several houses line the cave wall. Enter the first one to find the Flower Vase.
Valuable Object 9/10: Ammo Box
Go all the way to the western coast of the Kii region to find Saika.
Find the Ammo Box in the northwest corner of the Saika Castle.
Valuable Object 10/10: Clockwork
The last valuable item is found in the Omizo Castle in the Omi region.
Ascend inside the viewpoint tower until you reach the second-to-last floor. The Clockwork sits on the a box by a blocked window.
Now, return to Nagahide.
Buy a spinning top
Head back into Obama and interact with this vendor, who presents you with a dialogue choice:
- [I’d like to pay.]
- [I’d like it for free.]
The only way to get the spinning top is to pay for it.
Return to Nagahide
Head back north and interact with Nagahide again.
This finishes Valuable Reflections in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
