Faith and Punishment is a side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Faith and Punishment side mission.

- Quest Description: I stumbled upon a seemingly abandoned building in Svartrau. Maybe I should investigate?

Starting Location: Faith and Punishment
At night, enter the “Curious House” through the balcony.
Investigate the Attic Using Focus Mode
There is only one thing to examine in the attic, and it’s the corpse that has been chained to the wall here. Look at her, and you’ll enter investigation mode. Look at everything, including the written note from the woman’s mother who chained her up here for the crime of being hungry. Once done, Coen will want to inspect the lower level.
Check the house entrance
On the doorway is a Proclamation of Treason, indicating that the Widow Zlatna, presumably the dead woman’s mother has been executed for her beliefs. Not much consolation, but at least a good dose of irony which is also your reward. That’s what you get for breaking and entering.
Investigating everything in this house finishes the Faith and Punishment side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
