Blood of Dawnwalker Dead Drop Walkthrough

Dead Drop is a side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Dead Drop side mission.

• Starting Location: Laslea Glen / Outcast’s Burial Ground
• Quest Giver: Forgotten Grave
• Requirement: Complete “All Good Things“
• Fail State: Must be completed before Sacred Covenant
• Reward: 100XP
• Time Required: None
• Quest Description: I found fresh flowers on top of an old, forgotten grave… Something off about it.

Objectives:

1. Look for clues around the grave using Focus Mode
2. Follow the tracks
3. Search the stash under the fallen tree

Starting Location: Dead Drop

Using Focus Mode, you’ll notice that the grave by the entrance to the Outcast’s Burial Ground has fresh flowers on it.

Nearby, you’ll find a set of fresh tracks leading off into the woods.

Follow the tracks

Follow the footprints up the hill until you see a tree with a symbol carved into it.

Then more footprints, then another symbol, finally leading to a large fallen tree. On one side is a symbol carved into it. Directly below that is a stash hidden behind some rocks.

Search the stash under the fallen tree

In the stash you’ll find a Ring of Purging, some money, and a letter. The letter alludes to a secret resistance working against Brencis, the vampire ruler of Vale Sangora.

This finishes Dead Drop side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
