Night Terrors is a side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Night Terrors side mission.

- Quest Description: Strange sounds can be heard from the cathedral’s courtyard at night. What causes them?
Objectives:
- Locate the source of howling
- Explore the bottom of the well
Starting Location: Night Terrors
This quest is unmarked and can only be started at night. Go to the courtyard north of the Svartrau City cathedral. You will hear some noise coming from underground which starts the quest.
Locate the source of howling
In the courtyard on the north side of Svartrau cathedral, inspect the well (night only). This starts a short cutscene where Coen removes the wooden boards on the well.
Explore the bottom of the well
Drop down into the well, then crouch to enter the cave down there. In the next cave section use Focus Mode (L2/LT), inspect the body next to the wall that will be outlined yellow. Inspect the pouch on the right side of the body, it contains a note.
This automatically starts the next quest A Monk and a Saint, which will lead you to St. Mihai’s Sword.
This finishes Night Terrors side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
