The Blood of Dawnwalker contains 13 Soldier Camp Locations. Soldier Camps are groups of enemies that you can defeat and loot. Use focus mode (hold L2/LT) to scan their camp for a lootable chest that grants various rewards, often skill manuals.
They are marked by a white shield icon 
. You can reveal them on the map by climbing all 11 Towers. Remember to use the Shapeshift skill (Vampirism) or Mercurial Fervor skill (Witchcraft) to run around the world faster.
