They are marked by a white “eye” icon . You can reveal them on the map by climbing all 11 Towers. Remember to use the Shapeshift skill (Vampirism) or Mercurial Fervor skill (Witchcraft) to run around the world faster.

In the woods between the regions Briar Sloughs & Maragir Wealds. At night she’ll be asleep and locked inside her house, so come at day and you’ll find her in the front yard of her house.

Witchcraft Vendor #3

This can only be reached by doing the side quests: A Friend Like This > Song of the Mountain. “A Friend Like This” starts when going through an alley in the north-east edge of Svartrau City below the city walls (1st & 2nd image below). Use Focus Mode (hold L2/LT) to scan for yellow outlined objects and inspect them, then follow the yellow objects across the roofs to reach a room with a vampire boss. After the fight and some dialogue, it will automatically start the next quest “Song of Mountain” which will lead to the hidden Uriash Village. Pick the peaceful (non-combat) dialogues and follow the village elder, she will turn into a Witchcraft Vendor.

Witchcraft Vendor #4 (Vicho)

Vicho can only be accessed as a vendor by completing the first part of his quest “A Study in Crimson”. You can start this quest either by being told about him by Lacra, finding notes that mention him, or going to his house in Svartrau City at night. After you have completed this quest you can visit him again in his house at night to use him as a vendor. Note that if you complete the next quest “The Good Samaritan” and then the second part of “A Study in Crimson” it is possible for Vicho to die based on your responses, then he is no longer available as a vendor.
