The Blood of Dawnwalker contains 9 General Store Locations. General Stores are vendors that sell Consumables, Ingredients, Skill Manuals & Recipes, Accessories.
They are marked by a white “pouch” icon 
. You can reveal them on the map by climbing all 11 Towers. Remember to use the Shapeshift skill (Vampirism) or Mercurial Fervor skill (Witchcraft) to run around the world faster.

The Sanzhana Merchant is only available after completing the quest Pearly and Precious. They will initially be present at the location you finish the quest, then will move to Yawning Burrow where the Sanzhana Leader is located and can be accessed from there in the future.
