Starting Location: Bandit’s Treasure Map: Laslea Glen
In the aptly named Outlaw’s Gorge, you will encounter a group of three outlaws and their tamed wolf hanging around an abandoned house.
Deal with them all and go inside to find the map lying on the nearby table. What’s even better is that it isn’t very far, only a little ways east of the house.
Compare your treasure map to your own map, and you’ll see that the treasure map points to the location marked below. Unfortunately if you were thinking that leaving the map out meant that the bandits didn’t take security seriously, the treasure has a pretty impressive guard.
Unsurprisingly, the bear has a few unblockable attacks. First a charge that will knock you down, and second you’ll see it rear up on its back legs before doing a vicious ground slam directly ahead of it. Both attacks can be dodged to the side and if you managed a perfect dodge, followed up with a counterattack.
Take out the ravenous bear and you’ll find that the treasure is right where you thought it would be. They even left you a shovel out in case you didn’t have one. Digging out the treasure will cost 1 time segment.
