The Blood of Dawnwalker contains 8 Village Locations (Settlements). Visiting all Villages unlocks the Tour Guide Training trophy & achievement. The villages get marked on the map after the Prologue. Unlike regular “Houses” that only have 1 house icon 
, the Villages are marked by 3 white house icons 
.
There is 1 hidden village (#8: Uriash Village) that’s gated behind a side questline. All other villages are accessible immediately after the prologue.
Remember to use the Shapeshift skill (Vampirism) or Mercurial Fervor skill (Witchcraft) to run around the world faster.

If you’re missing a village for the Tour Guide Training trophy, it’s most likely this one. This village can only be reached by doing the side quests: A Friend Like This > Song of the Mountain. It’s hidden in the far west of the map, but if you try to go there before the quests you will get a warning “You can’t go further”, hence the quests are mandatory. “A Friend Like This” starts when going through an alley in the north-east edge of Svartrau City below the city walls. Use Focus Mode (hold L2/LT) to scan for yellow outlined objects and inspect them, then follow the yellow objects across the roofs to reach a room with a vampire boss. After the fight and some dialogue, it will automatically start the next quest “Song of Mountain” which will lead to the village.
