Secret Medicine is a side quest in Final Fantasy 7 (VII) Remake. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Secret Medicine Side Mission (Odd Job) and all Component Locations.
Secret Medicine becomes available in Chapter 14 after the first scene at Aerith’s House.

Area: Sector 5 Slums – Center District

Requirement: Beginning of Chapter 14
Reward: Telluric Scriptures Vol. III, HP and MP restored
Mission Info: The town doctor has asked Cloud to gather components for his medicine. Collect the three items on his list. For details about where to find them, talk to the doctor.

Talk to the Doctor
The doctor gives you a list with three components that he needs for his special medicine. You need to find all three items, two are available now but to obtain the third you need to complete the “Subterranean Menace” side quest. Talk to the doctor a few more times to listen to his hints.
Find the Moogle’s Mortar
Doctor’s Hint: My son claims he got a mortar from a moogle. If you can believe a crazy story like that.
Medicine Component Location #1: The Moogle’s Mortar can be bought for one Moogle Medal from Moggie at the Children’s Secret Hideout (Sector 5 Slums Center District).
Find the Medicinal Flowers
Doctor’s Hint: Apparently, Aerith was looking after flowers elsewhere — not just at her house.
Medicine Component Location #2: The flowers in question are located on the ground inside the church in the very north-west corner of Sector 5. If you’ve already completed the “Chocobo Search” side quest, you can fast travel right here to save time.
Find the Behemoth Horn
Doctor’s Hint: Couple of my patients were talking about a behemoth in some underground lab or something. Can’t say I’ve ever heard of a lab like that before though.
Medicine Component Location #3: You’ll obtain the Behemoth Horn automatically when you slay the Type-0 Behemoth in the underground lab for the “Subterranean Menace” side quest. For tips and how to beat it, see “Subterranean Menace“.
Upon returning to the doctor, he’ll grant you the Telluric Scriptures Vol. III manuscript and restore your HP and MP.

It doesn’t let me grab the medicinal flowers? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve got the moogle mortar and have yet to obtain the behemoth horn.
Maybe try fast travelling away and coming back. You can also try accepting other quests maybe that helps it to spawn.
I got the Mortar first, the flowers 2nd, the horn 3rd.
It grabbed them manually for me- when you go into Quests, click on Secret Medicine. If you have already received the behemoth horn and the flowers it will say you have two of the items.
