The Blood of Dawnwalker contains 4 Tavern (Innkeeper) Locations. Taverns/Innkeepers sell consumable items that restore health and stamina. This is useful to equip in your quickslots to regain health.

Just go inside the tavern and talk to the innkeeper behind the counter. You can also sell things from your inventory to gain money. They are marked by a whie “beer” icon . You can reveal them on the map by climbing all 11 Towers.
