Starting Location: The Good Samaritan
This quest becomes available at the Medic in the center of Svartrau in the next daytime period after you’ve completed A Study in Crimson.
Take medicaments to the farm outside Svartrau
The medic asks you to deliver some medicaments to a farm south of Svartrau. Agree to help, then make your way there.
Investigate the farm using Focus Mode
If you start looking around before knocking on the door, you should immediately spot some bodies lying around the farm. You can investigate these and use Compel Soul on the one in the house, but the main one you need to investigate is to the south in the field near two wolves.
Once they are dealt with, inspect the body to obtain a note. This unlocks the trophy/achievement 
The Unquenchable Thirst, along with starting the next part of the quest A Study in Crimson.
Return to the medic
After you have inspected the farm, you can return to the medic during the day to explain to him about what has happened and complete the quest.
This finishes The Good Samaritan side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
