To find the Manumit Hideout Location is an objective for Main Quest “A Deal with the Devil” in The Blood of Dawnwalker. This objective is completely unmarked, and if you haven’t already found the Manumit Hideout it can be confusing where to go. It’s not actually an open world location you can simply walk up to, rather you need to do a side questline to be invited into the Manumit Hideout. The Manumites are basically the resistance fighters who oppose Brencis and his regime of vampires.
How to find Manumit Hideout
You have to do the side quests: The Fireband > Shadows in the Woods > Where Loyalty Lies, until you meet the people in Svartrau hideout. Then the objective will appear on the map, you can only mark the Manumit Hideout at night.
Step 1: Do side quest “The Firebrand”. It takes place in the “Military Camp”. You enter the Military Camp, free the Miller from the prison cell inside the tower, and clear out the enemies in the camp. You then get the follow-up quest “Shadows in the Woods”.
Step 2: Do side quest “Shadows in the Woods”, automatically started after The Firebrand.
Step 3: Do side quest “Where Loyalty Lies”, automatically started after Shadows in the Woods. You must play the quest at least until you first enter the Manumit Hideout in Svartrau City as part of the quest objectives (it will be marked on the map). You then interact with the wall outside the hideout at night to mark it (it can’t be marked at day).
