After wading through the first pool of water inside the Aquarium building, you climb up a ladder and then drop down to a dark area. There are 3 Parts on the table, 6 Parts + 6 Supplements in the locker.
Parts x17
After falling out of an air duct you get attacked by a dog (have to tap 
to kill it). Immediately to the left on the next shelf are 17 Parts.
Journal Entry #1
After picking up the Parts, enter the next room and take two left turns. This will lead you to a kitchen area where there’s a blue duffle bag on the floor. Inspect the duffle bag, Ellie will take out a firefly pendant and after you put it away she automatically makes the Journal Entry.

Possible bug, nothing major though – the 6 supplements in the locker were there even though I had already maxed out all player upgrades. Usually they’ll stop spawning once you’re maxed out, same with parts.
