Chapter 15: The Birthday Gift (Seattle Day 1) contains 5 Collectible Locations in The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2). This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in The Birthday Gift Chapter in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Artifacts, Journal Entries, Trading Cards, Coins, Safes, Training Manuals, Workbenches, Weapons, Supplements (Player Upgrades), Parts (Weapon Upgrades).
If you forget a Collectible you can still get it via Chapter Select, so nothing is missable.

Journal Entry #1
Interact with the nameplate of the T-Rex Statue in front of the museum.
Trading Card #1: The Nighthawk
After entering the Museum, in the exhibition hall, to the right of the Dimetrodon.
Trophy: Looks Good on You
You can also earn a quick bronze trophy here. Grab the hat in the entry hall of the Museum and put it on the dinosaurs in the big exhibition hall (ground floor). After you put it on two dinosaurs, you can also put the hat on Joel which unlocks the trophy.
Journal Entry #2
In the Museum, upper floor. When you enter the exhibition hall for outer space, interact with the bench in front of the space rockets display.
Trading Card #2: Saura
In the Natural History Center, after Joel boosts up Ellie through a window, in the room with the elk and wolves statues.
Artifact #1: Suicide Note
From the last collectible, enter the dark room to the left and crouch through the hole in the wall to find a corpse with a document. If you trigger a cutscene you’ll have gone too far (in this case restart checkpoint or else the next chapter will start).
