Chapter 39: The Escape (Seattle Day 3) contains 2 Collectible Locations in The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2). This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in The Escape Chapter in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Artifacts, Journal Entries, Trading Cards, Coins, Safes, Training Manuals, Workbenches, Weapons, Supplements (Player Upgrades), Parts (Weapon Upgrades).
If you forget a Collectible you can still get it via Chapter Select, so nothing is missable.

Supplements x17 + Parts x7
Very shortly after the start of the chapter, in the 2nd hut you come by. Check the only shelf inside the hut for Supplements and Parts.
Parts x34 + Supplements x8
When you drop into a building for the first time in this chapter and see some enemies shining their flashlights inside, there are 25 Parts and another 9 Parts upstairs in the same building. There are also 8 Supplements on the lower floor.
Coin #1: Arkansas
From the last location, immediately after you exit that building, turn left and the coin will be on the ground behind a shopping cart. If you followed this Collectible Guide from the start it will be your final coin. You should now earn the trophy Numismatist 
for having found all Coins.
Parts x34 + Supplements x17
After the next cutscene, turn left immediately to find 34 Parts on a shelf, and check the locker on the right for 17 Supplements.
Parts x11
In the next enemy section, there’s 1 Part on a cash register desk on the right, 1 Part at the bar on the right, 9 Parts on the left on meat grinder table.

Right after exiting the prior building, in the back of a truck that’s overgrown with plants in the middle of the path.
Workbench #1 + Supplements x16 + Parts x11
A little later, Lev will drop down a ladder for you and then you climb into a room with the workbench straight in front of you. Since you only need to get within a few meters of a workbench for it to count (not necessarily use it), this one will count automatically, no way to miss this. There are also 16 Supplements and 11 Parts in the room with the workbench.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Chapter 39: The Escape in The Last of Us Part II.
Chapter 40: The Confrontation & Chapter 41: The Farm do not have any Collectibles! We continue at Chapter 42: 2425 Constance.

There are also 17 parts (12 parts on the table on the right, and 5 on the blue file drawer on the left of the table) in the basement of the building where you drop off into for the first time in the chapter (the building mentioned in your second collectible).

For the second collectable, I’m only finding 26 parts in total (17 [3+9+5] downstairs and 9 upstairs) instead of 34

In the building where you found the 9 parts on the left on meat grinder table there is one more parts one the table near the beer section (Harstine Brewery).

There were only 21 parts in the building I dropped into. I even turned on the visual aid cheat where it shows artifacts/parts/supplies in a yellow high contrast. Still only 21 parts. Might he number vary based off certain things?
