Artifact #1: Abby’s Note
As soon as the chapter starts, this note is to your left, inside the boat.
Artifact #2: Mansion Note + Parts x22
When you climb over a fence to an area with houses, it’s in the first house on the right (in the garage). Next to the Artifact document are 22 Upgrade Parts.
Trading Card #1: CBB-73 + Supplements x8
After you climb into a building with a Clicker on the roof, a Trading Card is in the upstairs bedroom (table) and 8 Supplements in the adjacent bathroom.
Artifact #3: Runaway Warning
Same house, downstairs in the kitchen.
Workbench #1 + Parts x9
Same room as the Artifact (kitchen). You can also grab 9 Upgrade Parts off the kitchen table. In order to use the Workbench you must first clear out the enemies in this building.
Journal Entry #1
After exiting the above-mentioned building and crawling under a wall, there will be a police car parked in front of you. Stand left of the police car and the 
button prompt will come up, press it and Ellie will look at houses in the distance and make a Journal Entry automatically.
Parts x9
To the left of the last location, check for a parked truck before going downhill, it has 9 Parts in the back.
Supplements x6
Just after the last location, as you head downhill there’s a truck that rolled over. Check the back of this truck for Supplements.
