Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Klara Romance Guide

Klara is a girl you can romance in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2). This guide explains how to romance her and unlock her sex scene. The romance takes place exclusively during Main Quest 11: The Finger of God.

Step 1: Talk to Klara

During Main Quest 11: The Finger of God, after you unlock the Pistole rifle you can walk around Nebakov fortress. The main objective will be “Go to sleep in the cabin” but you can spend time talking to people around Nebakov and do small tasks for them. You’ll want to find Klara. She’ll either be in front of the hut where you go to sleep (marked by quest objective), or at the jail cells in the upper part of Nebakov Castle. She has brown hair and wears a brown & white dress.

She will request your help to treat the wounded soldiers.

Step 2: Successfully treat all 3 wounded soldiers

First you should grab potions and bandages, found in the hut where your bed is (climb up ladder, loot chest). DON’T go to sleep yet as this would skip to the next objective.

You must now successfully treat all 3 soldiers: Mark / Zwerk / Kozliek. They are found in the lower part of Nebakov Fortress. What will succeed here is reliant on your skill stats, especially Survival & Craftsmanship. I had 10 Craftsmanship and 10 Survival, this was enough to successfully treat everyone despite some fails. At lower stats you may not be able to treat them successfully which would make you miss out on the Klara Romance.

We’ll start with the patient on the right, then the left, then downstairs.

Kozliek (has fever, bleeding leg wound):

• (Exhaust all skill checks to inspect the wounds)
• I’ll clean his wound: Use Water or Alcohol to disinfect the wound
• I’ll change his bandage: Henry automatically uses a bandage on him (depends on skill level if it fails or succeeds)
• We’re all done (finish)
• I’ve done enough
• (*I didn’t give him potion, it will succeed without it)

Mark (has concussion, bleeding leg wound):

• (Exhaust all skill checks to inspect the wounds)
• I’ll clean your wounds, just don’t fall asleep
• I’ll clean your wound: Use Water or Alcohol to disinfect the wound
• I’ll dress your wound: Henry automatically uses a bandage on him (depends on skill level if it fails or succeeds)
• I’ll give you a potion: Give Weak painkiller potion (was looted from chest in Klara’s house)
• That’s all (finish)
• I treated you

Now to downstairs to the other patients. Note: downstairs, behind the stairs is a small chest containing weak Saviour Schnapps and a Gemstone Ring. There’s also a medium-difficulty chest around the stairs that contains expensive armor.

Guardsman Zwerk (he’s downstairs below Mark, has internal bleeding, don’t give him food/drink)

• (Exhaust all skill checks to inspect the wounds)
• I’ll clean your wound: Use Water or Alcohol to disinfect the wound
• I’ll sew up your wound (requires Tailor’s Kit)
• I’ll dress your wound: Henry automatically uses a bandage on him (depends on skill level if it fails or succeeds)
• I’ll rub this on your ankle: give Weak Chamomile Brew (was looted from chest in Klara’s house)
• I’ll give you something to drink: give him 4 drinks, there’s 2x Moonshine in the medium-difficulty chest in the corner of the room if you need
• All done (Finish)
• I treated your wounds

Step 3: Return to Klara

Head back to Klara, exhaust all dialogues and win the speech skill check with her “Let’s go and get that drink” (confirmed to succeed at 14 Speech stat).

Step 4: Go to sleep to trigger Klara Sex Scene

Now go to sleep in the bed that’s the main objective. It will trigger a cutscene. Klara will automatically come to spend the night with you.

This also gives you the “Time Well Spent” buff for the rest of the quest, which raises  Strength, Agility, Vitality by 1.
