Chapter 17: Finding Strings (Seattle Day 2) contains 3 Collectible Locations in The Last of Us 2 (TLOU2). This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in Finding Strings Chapter in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: Artifacts, Journal Entries, Trading Cards, Coins, Safes, Training Manuals, Workbenches, Weapons, Supplements (Player Upgrades), Parts (Weapon Upgrades).
If you forget a Collectible you can still get it via Chapter Select, so nothing is missable.

Journal Entry #1
At the very start of the chapter (flashback with Tommy on mountains), turn to the right immediately and approach the overlook with a mountain landscape in the distance. You can press 
at the cliff to make a Journal Entry.
Trading Card #1: The Austinger
Tommy and Ellie will split up at the bar. Ellie will ride with Joel instead. Once Ellie and Joel dismount their horses, they’ll walk on a road. At the end of the road is a container that says “U-Move” on red paint. Immediately after this, check inside the next car for a collectible card (where the road is broken, just before a puddle of water).
Artifact #1: Tara’s Invitation
In the spore-infested area inside the hotel, after Ellie and Joel put their masks on. It’s in room 107 (see the blue plaques in front of the rooms for the number). It’s a few rooms into the hotel. Grab the Artifact off the wooden cupboard that’s straight ahead when entering the room.
